Christopher McKee is an international political economist, global investor, entrepreneur, publisher, and CEO and Owner of The PRS Group Inc. He received his PhD from Queen’s University, and worked under the guidance of Professor Ronald Watts (OC, FRSC).  After spending several years as a faculty member at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Christopher worked in the private and government sectors, conducting country risk assessments of limited recourse financing projects in Latin America’s mining and oil and gas sectors, creating micro-financing facilities in Mexico, and assessing private sector development projects for Canada’s international development agency in parts of Latin America and the Middle East.  

Christopher has authored several publications dealing with business and risk, and is recognized internationally and by Canadian judicial authorities as a specialist in political and country risk assessment. 

In his speaking engagements, Christopher discusses the impact of political and country risk on asset behavior in developed, emerging, and frontier markets, and has been interviewed or quoted by such publications as the Wall Street Journal, the Financial Times, Bloomberg, Reuters, Institutional Investor, Euromoney, and has appeared on CNBC.
